Q: What sizes do your bandanas come in?
A: Our bandanas are sized in inches, and come in two styles; slip onto collar and snap closure. Please click here a detailed image of our sizing, which gives further details.
Q: How can I send you our photos?
A: We would love to see your pets in our products, if you email us your reviews and photos, with your permission we can showcase them in our gallery page; you can also add them to your social media and tag us!
Q: How are they reversible?
A: Yes, all our bandanas come with a complementary reverse print or colour, giving you a gorgeous two bandana effect!
Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive?
A: As soon as orders are placed, Mims can get to work, we estimate no more than a week turn around in production and then the below delivery times (dependent on the time of year and your location).
Q: How are items posted?
A: Items will be posted by Royal Mail within the UK 1-3 business days, all of our products are sent using wrapping that is a minimum of 90% recyclable product.
A: Items posted OUTSIDE of the UK will be sent Royal Mail International Standard shipping (dependent on location 5-24 business days please contact in advance).
On receipt of your bandana should there be any folds as a result of posting, a very light iron on a low/warm setting will help straighten things out (please DO NOT iron label OR personalisation).
Q: I’ve seen a pattern I like online, or have fabrics of my own I would like you to use, is this possible?
A: Here at Mims’s Boutique we offer a bespoke service where we can custom make any of our bandanas, please visit our bespoke services page on our website and use the link provided to get in touch about a bespoke order, and we can discuss your requirements.
Q: My dog has a very large neck and shop bought items do not fit, do you do bigger sizes?
A: All of our bandanas have size guides attached to them please visit our size guide page to see if any of our current sizes would fit, if not we can of course go bigger should you require, please get in touch via the bespoke services page to discuss.
Q: What packaging do you use?
A: Where possible we operate to a minimum tolerance level when it comes to plastics and try to ensure our products are not posted using unnecessary plastic- all of our products are sent using wrapping that is a minimum of 90% recyclable product.
Q: Help, there's something wrong with my order!
A: We understand things aren't always perfect, if you are unhappy with your purchase we would kindly ask that you make contact in the first instance and we can dicsuss.
We can only provide a refund for the purchase price within 7 days of your order.
Although every care is taken, owing to the nature of handmade products, items may have some very minor imperfections, but this is what makes them unique and show they have been made with love.
Refunds will only apply to products returned in a resalable condition, and at a cost to the buyer for the return postage (unless the product is deemed faulty by the seller).
Q: Are all your products handmade?
A: Yes, 100% of our items are handmade loving in the UK. Although every care is taken, owing to the nature of handmade products, items may have some minor imperfections, but this is what makes them unique and show they have been made with love.
